As a female competitor, it’s important to have trust and an open communication with your coach. Chris has done that for me. He is attentive and knowledgeable. He gives strategic criticism. Whether you want to compete or change your lifestyle, it’s not a one size fits all program, Chris customized to your individual goals. My favorite part of being an athlete on Chris’s team are the group workouts we have. It’s motivational and inspiring to be able to connect with a team who has similar goals, to get better, to get stronger and to be the best version of yourself. Just remember there’s no magic pill or quick easy fix with Chris it’s straight up hard work. You have to be sticking to your meal plans and exercises in order to see those results. I reached out to Chris many years ago when I knew I wanted to start taking bodybuilding more seriously. I was a little hesitant because I knew with Chris everything would be 110% serious and no holding back. I had a coach previously and he was decent but I knew I needed something more. Chris provided the details and structure from day 1 of receiving my plan. He has a natural skill for knowing when to push my body and knowing when to back off. The process Chris took me through with my body made me learn more in one year than I had 10 on my own. He went on to coach me through my LHW Novice win at the New Englands in 2019 which was my first show.
